Start with the source.
Public information should link to its official source and show the period it covers. Check those dates before relying on a figure: the latest available release is not always current.
Gaps stay visible.
Missing data is marked source pending. We do not fill it with estimates. Not finding a document online is not evidence that it does not exist or has been withheld.
People check publication.
The report register has no published entries yet. A report or request entry needs source checks and named human approval before publication. We do not publish personal names from court records.

Send the page, the detail that needs changing and a source we can check. Corrections are handled manually. Creative work and submissions have their own rights and privacy notice.
